Foreign travellers plan from abroad. They search on Google, ask AI assistants and read reviews weeks before arrival. A property that exists only on a roadside sign or in a WhatsApp chat with regular guests misses that demand. A visible, verified listing brings you:

How onboarding works in 3 steps
- Send your details. Write to WhatsApp +996 777 998 882: property name, village/town, number of rooms or yurts, season, 8–15 recent photos, a contact person and the language you speak.
- Verification. We call you, check the location on the map and, where possible, visit or ask for a short video. We confirm what is included (meals, transfers, Wi-Fi, heating) and your typical price range — prices are shown as ranges, never invented.
- Your page goes live. We publish the listing in English and Russian, link it from relevant destination pages such as Song-Kul or Karakol, and start sending matching requests.
What documents do I need?
- Passport or ID of the owner or manager (for verification only, not published).
- Registration document if you have one: individual entrepreneur (patent or other tax regime) or LLC certificate.
- Not registered yet? You can still contact us — we explain the general options and point you to the Tax Service for official advice. We do not give tax advice ourselves.
- Bank details or QR code if you want to accept prepayments digitally.
Myth vs fact
- Myth: “Online platforms are only for big hotels.” Fact: travellers to Kyrgyzstan often prefer family guesthouses and yurt camps — they just need to find and trust them.
- Myth: “Digital payments mean more problems.” Fact: QR payments are now mainstream in Kyrgyzstan — 908.6 billion som in 2025 — and prepayment reduces no-shows.
Pilot terms
During the pilot we do not charge listing fees or commission to the first partner properties. If paid features appear later, they will be optional and announced in advance; existing partners will not be moved to paid terms without their agreement. There are no hidden fees.

How much does it cost to list my property?
Nothing during the pilot: listing is free and no commission is charged for the first partner properties (as of November 2026). Any future paid features will be optional and announced in advance.
Can I list a yurt camp that works only in summer?
Yes. Seasonal yurt camps at Song-Kul, Tash-Rabat or Jeti-Oguz are welcome. Your page shows the operating months (often late June to early September), so travellers request only for dates when you are open.
Do I need to be officially registered?
Registration as an individual entrepreneur or company is preferred and makes digital payments easier. If you are not registered yet, contact us anyway — we explain the general options and refer you to the Tax Service for official guidance.
How do bookings reach me?
Travellers send trip requests via the Plan my trip form or WhatsApp. We check availability with you by phone or WhatsApp and confirm with the traveller. Payment terms, including QR or card prepayment, are agreed transparently.
Can I also stay on Booking.com or Airbnb?
Yes. Listing with us does not require exclusivity. We can help you set up or improve other channels too, and keep availability consistent to avoid double bookings.
